It’s totally natural and works by giving you the feeling of fullness so that you don’t overeat. :) While reading this post, I fondly remember my dearest Ate, who is blessed with curves and big bone structure too, and how she used to feel so insecure about being “fat” when in fact she wasn’t. She had a lot of struggle with her weight too, but with God’s healing grace, and good diet and exercise (she joined a gym), and lots of prayers, she was able to trim down and now strives to be as healthy as she can (which is more than I can say for myself, even if I am not overweight!). :) Prayers for you, and as always, thanks for being REAL! :) God bless always! P.S. Forgot to ask you, what’s your new business na? hehe :)

Do it slowly but surely. Nothing too radical because changing old habits is hard. Take care.

I saw a doctor in the past who said that women tend to just naturally gain 10lbs yearly as we age. Let’s see if we can actually lose weight together.

Maybe I will start one soon.

I feel the same way you do less the doctors words. My little plan is to cut down on sugar and carbs. Nothing radical, just slowly adjusting my diet. The first two weeks I lost 3 lbs. So I think it may be helping me.

The most important thing to remember is not to feel defeated, you need to continue exercising even if you are not able to accomplish as much as you hoped right away. You will eventually get there; you’ll start to feel healthier, and have a sense of pride in your commitment to your health.

I look back at photos from my younger years and I was so thin! But I was several inches taller than most of my friends so I felt huge. Now, I really am overweight but back then I was fine. I’m working at it too – I was diagnosed with High blood pressure and then arthritis in my back. Both can be helped by weight loss. I’m not even 40! I wish you well on your journey to better health!

Write down what you’re eating. :)
