If we’re friends on Facebook, you would probably know that I quit my full time job so that i can be a WAHMeo. Yes, it has been my dream to run my own business. This year, with two cold feet, but with a lot of courage, I plunge into this deep pool of entrepreneurship, to open my very own toy shop – ZAC’S TOYS AND GIFTS.
Last October 5-6, Zac’s Toys and Gifts joined the Christmas Holiday Bazaar at the Cuenca Community Center at Ayala Alabang Village. Although this is not my first foray into joining bazaars, it has been some 9-10 years since the last one I joined. In the past, I only started with a very small capital, shared a booth with two other people, brought my own tables from home and hoped for the best. This time, I am renting my own booth, and will be more organized. Here’s how my booth looked like:
Looking at the other booths, mine still doesn’t look as good as I would want it to be. The one right thing I did, though, was to move that red shelf to the front in the afternoon. It was at children’s eye level which made it easy for them to choose. Online casino Ireland. ###
I joined the next weekend’s bazaar by Rotary Club of Alabang organized by Magarbo Events. This time, I brought reinforcements to help me during set up. Here are my willing little helpers.
My parents gave me full support and even lead in setting up my booth.
Here’s my much improved booth that displayed my items for sale much, much better. During this event, I was approached by four organizers who invited me to join their bazaars. The common comment was that the toys I sell are of good quality and not the cheap kind.
My vision for Zac’s Toys and Gifts is to provide good quality toys and gifts at reasonable, even, negotiable prices. I hope to see you at my next events.
